1 in 10 Australians aged 18-64 are ready to go social free for at least two weeks in 2015. Can they do it?

The other plans for 2015 are: 1 in 3 are going to start looking for a new job. The same proportion is planning a trip overseas.

Other ’classic’ new year’s resolutions have been mentioned:

· 23% are going to start a diet, 15% are considering joining a fitness club

· 12% said they will to start to volunteer for a charity

· 10% are planning to stop smoking, a huge percentage considering the current proportion of smokers in Australia.

Intention to switch service provider or renegotiate loans is between 6 and 12% (gas, electricity, bank, internet, mobile, mortgage). In 2013 we had similar level of intentions; however at the end of the year, actual churn was much higher than what people had planned.
